How Direct Invite & Favourites work
How to save creators to your Favourites and invite them directly to new projects, without waiting for applications.
Save the creators you trust to your Favourites, then invite them straight to your next projects — no need to wait for applications.
❤️ Favourites
While reviewing applications for a project, you can favourite a creator with one click. They're saved in the Favourites tab and you can invite them anytime — even after the project has ended.
Open the applicants
Go to your project and open the applicants.
Click the heart
On their profile, click the heart icon. You can add a note on why they're a good fit and choose whether the favourite is Private or shared with your team (that option shows your brand's name).
Find them in My Creators
Go to My Creators → Favourites to see all your saved creators, from any project, in the Private, Team and Noovid Hub tabs. Hub favourites (Pro) are invited through the Noovid Hub.
📨 Direct Invite
When you create a new project, you can invite creators from your Favourites instead of waiting for applications. The creator gets a notification and decides whether to accept.
Create a project
Create a new project as usual in the brand dashboard.
Pick from your Favourites
In the Who makes the videos step, use the Invite Creators card to select them from your Favourites. The number you select can't be more than the number of creators in the project — any spots you don't fill with invites stay open on the marketplace.
Confirm and check out
Confirm the invite and complete checkout. The creator is notified straight away.
The creator responds
The creator has 48 hours to respond. If they decline or don't answer in time, that spot opens up on the marketplace automatically so other creators can apply.
Favourites only
You can only invite creators who are in your Favourites. If you've worked with someone before but haven't favourited them, favourite them first.
🔢 How many invites can I send?
| Free | Noovid Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Invites to Favourites | 5 per month | Unlimited |
| Invites to Noovid Hub creators | — | 30 per month |
Your allowance renews every month, and unused invites don't roll over. If you go over the Free allowance, each extra invite costs R$10, shown and paid at checkout — the invite is only sent once it's paid.
Tip
Use both together. Favourite promising creators during selection, then invite them directly on your next projects. It's the quickest way to build a team of creators you trust.
