What is the 7-day auto-approval?
Understand how automatic video approval works after 7 days without a response from the brand.
When a creator submits a video through the platform, the brand has 7 calendar days to review it and respond - either approving the content or requesting a revision with feedback.
If this deadline passes without any action, the video is automatically approved by the platform and the creator's payment is scheduled for the next cycle. This process is called auto-approval.
What happens after auto-approval?

The brand receives the approved video and can download it as normal, with lifetime usage rights

The project chat is closed, and it's no longer possible to request revisions
How to track the review deadline
As soon as the creator uploads the video, you'll receive a notification from the platform. The 7-day countdown starts from that moment.
To review the content, go to the project chat, watch the video, and choose one of the available options: Approve or Request revision. If you choose a revision, include clear feedback so the creator knows exactly what to adjust.
