Social Boost rules: how long must a post stay live, and what if a creator breaks the rules?
How long a Social Boost post has to stay live, and what happens if the creator takes it down early or doesn't follow the rules.
The creator has to keep the post public and visible for at least 30 days. If they don't follow the rules, you're protected.
📅 How long the post stays live
Deleting, archiving or changing the post before 30 days breaks Noovid's Terms and can lead to penalties for the creator, like losing their payment or being suspended.
🛡️ If a creator breaks the rules
You're protected
If the creator doesn't post correctly — for example, not tagging your brand, posting on a different network or taking the post down before 30 days — Noovid can hold their payment until it's fixed.
If the problem continues, further penalties can apply under the platform's Terms.
