What's the deadline and how should I deliver the Photo Pack photos?
The deadline and how to deliver your Photo Pack photos, plus the rules on resolution and revisions.
Your photos share the project's deadline (10 days, or 5 on Noovid Hub). Within that time, you can send them before the video, with it or after — whatever works best for you.
📸 What the photos should be
- Real photographs, each one different — not frames or screenshots taken from the video (unless the brand's brief asks for exactly that).
- JPEG or PNG, up to 25 MB each, at least 720 px on the shorter side, in high resolution.
- No watermarks, and no edits that misrepresent the product.
Everything is delivered through the platform: in the Deliverables panel on the job page, click Upload photos.
🎨 If the brand didn't describe the photos
Your call
If the description field is empty, you choose what to shoot, in line with the video brief. In that case, the brand can't ask for a revision saying it expected something different.
🔄 Revisions
The brand can ask for up to 2 revisions on the photos, so you'll send up to 3 rounds of photos in total, always within the original brief. They can flag specific photos, and you only re-upload those (Re-upload photo(s) in the Deliverables panel) — your approved photos are kept.
