How do projects contracted through Noovid Hub work?

What's the delivery deadline?

For projects contracted through Noovid Hub, delivery is within 5 days (Standard Delivery) — half the time of the free plan. The deadline starts counting from when the creator receives the product or you approve the brief/script, whichever comes last.

⚡ Is there an even faster option?

Yes. For projects via the Hub, you can contract Express Delivery, which reduces the deadline to within 48 hours, for an additional fee shown on the platform. It's available only for projects via Noovid Hub.

📝 Do the revision, approval and rights rules change if I contract through the Hub?

No. Brief, revision rounds, approval and usage rights are general project rules and stay the same, whether you found the creator through the Hub or through an application. The Hub changes how you reach the creator and the delivery speed, not the rules.

Do I have a deadline to review and approve the content?

Yes, 7 days from when the creator submits it. Without any response within this period, the platform approves automatically and completes the project - the deadline exists so the creator isn't left waiting for feedback indefinitely.

Are the content usage rights mine?

Yes, from approval onward - this applies to both Hub and application projects, no fine print.

Can I talk to the creator or receive the content outside the platform?

No. All communication and delivery must happen through the platform chat, where the record that protects both parties lives. Deliveries via Drive, WeTransfer or email are not valid and do not generate payment to the creator.

I found a creator in the Hub. Can I hire them outside the platform?

No. Creators discovered through the Hub must be contracted through the platform, so we ensure the security and progress of the entire project.
