🎁 How does the 14-day free trial work?
- You get the full Pro experience — Hub, invites, everything — for 14 days without paying anything.
- You'll need a card to start the trial.
- After 14 days, the subscription switches to the plan you chose and the first charge happens then.
- If you cancel during the trial, you're not charged.
Once per brand
The free trial is available once per brand.
❌ How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Plan and cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your data, projects and content stay in your account. Unused Hub invites don't turn into credit.
The 7-day window
If you cancel within 7 days of subscribing, the full amount comes back to you. After that, payments already made (including on the annual plan) aren't returned.
