Communicating with creators: what's allowed and what isn't

Understand how contact between brands and creators works inside Noovid, and why it protects everyone.

Why do we have this rule?

Noovid exists to make things easier - and also to protect the relationship between brands and creators. When communication leaves the platform, we lose the ability to mediate problems, guarantee deadlines and ensure that the rights of both sides are respected.

That's why all communication between brands and creators must happen inside the platform, through the project chat and without switching to other channels, but we have one small exception: shipping products.

Sharing the address and logistics information to ship the product, including details for carriers, when necessary.

✖ Not allowed

Establishing any other kind of contact outside the platform: WhatsApp, email, DMs on social media, or any external channel, even if it's just to "ask a quick question".

How product shipping works in practice:

Once the creator is approved, a chat is automatically opened inside the project. The creator's delivery address already appears in this chat, so you don't need to ask for it outside the platform.

1. Go to the project chat and find the creator's address, which is displayed automatically after approval.

2. Use this address to ship the product with the carrier of your choice. Shipping is the brand's responsibility.

3. If the carrier requests additional information (such as the recipient's contact), the creator can provide it through the project chat itself, without needing to leave the platform.

4. Send the tracking code through the project chat so the creator can follow the delivery.
