How do Noovid Hub and invites work?

Noovid Hub is a space inside the platform, exclusive to Pro Brands, with hundreds of creators pre-selected by Noovid. You can filter creators by whatever criteria you need, view their portfolio, category and style, and invite anyone you want directly to your project - without having to wait for applications.

30 invites per month to reach out to anyone you want from the Hub + unlimited invites to your favourites

Do invites roll over from one month to the next?

No. The balance of 30 invites renews each cycle and is not cumulative: whatever you don't use doesn't turn into credit, a discount or a refund, since it's a monthly usage limit of the plan.

I need more than 30 Hub invites in a month. Is that possible?

Yes. After the first 30, each additional Hub invite costs €5 per creator, paid on the spot - the invite is only sent after payment, so there's never a surprise charge.

How long does the creator have to respond?

48 hours. ⏱️ If they decline or the deadline expires, the invite returns to your balance and you can invite another creator from the Hub — you don't lose an invite over a decision that wasn't yours.

Can I send the same invite to several creators at once?

No. Each invite needs a clear brief, deadline and project conditions. Generic or mass invites can be blocked: the creator needs to understand what they're accepting, and a well-made invite is what generates good content.
