🔒 Staying on the platform
Keep it on Noovid
- Can I talk to the creator or get the content outside the platform? No. All communication and deliveries happen on the platform, where the record that protects both sides is kept. Deliveries via Drive, WeTransfer or email don't count.
- Can I hire a creator I found in the Hub outside the platform? No. Creators you discover through the Hub must be hired through the platform. This applies while you're subscribed and for 12 months after your subscription ends.
