Photo Pack delivery, approval and revisions
When the Photo Pack photos arrive, the 7-day window to approve them, and how to request up to 2 revisions within your brief.
The photos can arrive at any point during the project, always within the delivery deadline (10 days on standard projects, 5 days via Noovid Hub). Then you have 7 days to approve them or request a revision.
📬 When they arrive
- The creator can send the photos before the video, together with it or after it.
- You're notified as soon as they arrive.
- Until you approve, you'll see watermarked previews; the full-resolution originals are released when you approve.
Video approved but no photos yet?
Don't worry if the video is approved and the photos haven't arrived yet — that's normal, because photos don't have a fixed step in the project. You can see their status on the project page, and we'll notify you when they're delivered.
⏱️ Reviewing them
- You have 7 days from each delivery to approve it or request a revision.
- If you don't respond in that time, the delivery is approved automatically.
- If the video and photos arrive at different times, each one gets its own 7 days.
🔁 Requesting revisions
You can request up to 2 revisions on the photos — so you can get up to 3 rounds of photos in total.
When you request a revision, you can flag just the photos that need redoing: the creator re-uploads only those, and the ones you liked stay as they are.
Stay within the brief
Revisions need to stay within the brief you submitted. Changes that widen the scope — a new setting, a different product, a new concept or extra photos — aren't revisions and need a new order.
