What is the Photo Pack and what exactly do I receive?

The Photo Pack is an add-on you attach to your project to receive photos of your product in addition to the video. The photos are produced by the same creator who makes the video, using the same product you sent, which ensures visual consistency between the two pieces of content and saves you the work of hiring a separate photo shoot.

There are two packs: one of 2 photos and one of 5 photos. The price of each appears in the Add-ons step, at the moment you build the project, and it's charged per contracted creator - in other words, if you contract three creators and want photos from all of them, the add-on applies to each one.

You receive digital files in high resolution, with no watermark, available for direct download on the project page. The Photo Pack is always an add-on and cannot be contracted on its own, without a video project.

It's important to set expectations: what you receive is authentic UGC content, produced by the creator with their own equipment, in a real setting, in the same style as the video. The Photo Pack is not a studio photo shoot and does not include professional lighting, art direction, set design or advanced image retouching. This format tends to perform better precisely in ads and on social media, but if what you need is studio advertising photography, the Photo Pack is not the right product.
