Social Boost rules: how long posts stay live and what if a creator breaks them
How long a Social Boost post must stay up, what happens if it's removed before 30 days, and the penalties if a creator doesn't follow the rules.
A Social Boost post must stay live for at least 30 days. The creator must keep the post public and visible for that whole time.
⏳ What if the post comes down early?
Deleting, archiving or changing the post before then breaks Noovid's Terms, and the creator can lose their payment or be suspended.
Spotted a problem?
If you notice a post has come down early, let our support team know in the chat.
⚠️ What happens if a creator breaks the rules?
If a creator doesn't post correctly, Noovid can hold their payment until it's fixed. For example, if they:
- don't tag your brand,
- post on the wrong network, or
- take the post down before 30 days.
If the problem continues, further penalties can apply under the platform's Terms.
