How do I chat with brands, and can I translate messages?
Where to find your conversations with brands, how message translation works and what can't be shared in the chat.
Click Chat in the sidebar to see all your conversations with brands on active projects, in one inbox. You'll also find the chat on each job page, next to your deliveries.
🌐 Translating messages
Brand writing in another language? Click Translate on the message to read it in your app language, and Show original to switch back.
💡 Good to know
- Try to reply to brands within 2 working days — quick, friendly answers lead to better reviews.
- Deliver your video on the job page, never as a link in the chat.
- Once a project is completed, its chat closes.
Contact details are blocked
Messages with phone numbers, emails, social media handles or external links are blocked automatically, because all communication stays on Noovid. Communication guidelines
