A brand invited me to a project. What now?
How direct invitations from brands work: where to see them, the 48-hour window and what happens if you decline.
Nice! You have 48 hours to accept or decline. Besides applying on the Marketplace, brands can invite you directly — for example, if they saved you to their Favourites after working with you, or found you in the Noovid Hub.

We'll let you know by email and in the app. Open Invitations in the sidebar to see the project details, the brief and how much it pays.
👍 Accept or decline
- Accept to join the project straight away — there's no application step.
- Decline if it's not a good fit. That's fine, and it won't count against you.
Invitations expire after 48 hours
If you don't answer within 48 hours, the invitation expires and the brand can invite someone else. We'll send you reminders while it's open.
✅ Before you accept
- Make sure you can deliver on time: 10 days for standard projects, 5 days for Noovid Hub projects, or 48 hours for Express projects. The countdown starts once you've confirmed you received the product (or as soon as you're accepted, for digital products and services).
- Read the brief and any add-ons (Social Boost, Photo Pack, Partnership Ads) carefully. Accepting means you agree to deliver all of them.

Can I withdraw an application?
Applications can't be withdrawn, so only apply to projects you're ready to do.
