What if the brand doesn't ship the product or stops replying?
What to do when a brand goes quiet, and whether you still get paid.
First, send the brand a message in the project chat. If you still don't hear back after a few days, contact our support team and we'll chase them.
💶 Will I get paid?
- You already delivered: if the brand doesn't respond, your video is approved automatically after 7 days and you're paid as normal.
- You haven't delivered yet: contact our support team and we'll look at your case. If the project ends up being cancelled, we'll make sure your time is fairly taken into account.
It won't count against you
Either way, a brand going quiet won't affect your profile.
