Can I ask the creator for a longer video?

The best way is to create a new project with the length you need. Every Noovid project has a fixed length, and the price — and the creator's pay — are based on it.

⏱️ How video length works

• Lengths available: 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds.
• The video has to land within 5 seconds either way of that length — for example, between 25 and 35 seconds for a 30-second video.
• The platform checks this automatically when the creator uploads.

🎬 Need a longer video?

1. Create a new project with the length you need (up to 60 seconds). It's the simplest option, and the creator is paid fairly for the extra time.
2. If you haven't accepted any creator yet, message our support team. We'll check whether we can adjust the length of your current project before filming starts.
