What if a creator is late or doesn't deliver?
What happens when a creator misses the deadline or drops a project, and your options: wait, replace the creator or get credit.
You're covered. You never pay for content you don't receive: if a creator doesn't deliver, we can find you a replacement, or the full value of that video comes back to your Noovid account as credit, ready to use on your next project.
Most creators deliver on time — they get automatic reminders as the deadline gets closer — but here's what to do if one doesn't.

Check the job page
Make sure the product was delivered and the creator confirmed receiving it. For physical products, the countdown starts when the creator confirms receipt; for digital products and services, it starts when they're accepted.
Message the creator
Send them a message in the chat.
Contact our support team
Reach us in the chat. We'll get in touch with the creator and, depending on what you prefer, we can:
- wait for the delivery,
- replace the creator — the spot reopens so another creator can take it, or
- add the value to your account as platform credit, processed within 7 business days, to use on another project.
Never charged twice
The creator only gets paid once you approve their content.
⚠️ What happens to the creator?
- Creators who miss deadlines or don't deliver can be suspended for 7 days, 30 days or permanently, depending on the case.
- A creator who received a physical product and doesn't deliver has to return it or pay back its value.
🔒 "Closed" jobs
If Noovid closes a job — for example, after a creator abandoned it — you'll see it marked Closed with a note that you don't need to do anything else.
🙋 If you're the one who stopped responding
Projects need you too: ship the product, answer questions and review deliveries.

Content you don't review within 7 days is approved automatically.
