What is the 7-day auto-approval?
How automatic approval works when a brand doesn't respond to a delivery within 7 days.
When a creator sends you a video, you have 7 calendar days to approve it or request a revision. If you don't respond in that time, the video is approved automatically and the creator is paid. That's auto-approval.
The same 7-day rule applies to every delivery in a project: the video, Social Boost post links, Photo Pack photos and Partnership Ads codes. Each one has its own 7-day clock.
✅ What happens after auto-approval?
- The delivery is marked as approved.
- You can download the final video as normal, with full usage rights.
- You can't request revisions on it anymore.
⏰ Keeping track of the deadline
We notify you as soon as the creator uploads a delivery. The 7-day countdown starts then, and we send you reminders on days 3, 5 and 6.
To review, open the job page, watch the video and choose Approve delivery or Request changes. If you ask for a revision, include clear feedback so the creator knows exactly what to change.
Tip
Review content as soon as it arrives. That way auto-approval never catches you by surprise, and you have time to ask for changes if you need them.
