How do I create my brand account?

Signing up as a brand: picking your market and base country, what can't be changed later, and adding your invoicing details (CNPJ or CPF).

Signing up is free, takes a couple of minutes and doesn't need a card. Here's what you'll be asked.

Choose your market

First, pick the market you want to work in:

Brasil — Brazilian creators, priced in reais.
Europe — European creators, priced in euros.

Each market has its own creators, prices and currency. A brand in the Brasil market works with creators living in Brazil and can't hire creators from the European market (and vice versa).

Name your brand

Enter your brand's name — it's how creators will find you on Noovid. You can change it later.

Add your brand website, your Instagram and WhatsApp, and your business categories. We read your website to pre-fill your brand profile and Brand Kit, so creators get a feel for your brand from day one. You can edit all of it later. Editing your brand info

Add your company details

Choose the country where your business is registered and enter your CNPJ or CPF and your address — they're required for invoicing. If you enter a CNPJ, the address fills in automatically.

Choose carefully

Your market and country can't be changed after sign-up. If you picked the wrong one, just message our support team and we'll sort it out with you.

🧾 Invoicing details

In Brazil, invoicing details are required, so you add them in the last step of sign-up. To update them later, go to Settings → Account → Profile → Invoicing details.

If you enter a CNPJ, the address fills in automatically.
We use these details for your receipts and for the NFS-e that Noovid issues.
