When the Photo Pack photos arrive, your 7 days to approve them, and how to request up to 2 revisions within your brief.
The photos can arrive at any point in the project — before the video, with it or after it — always within the project's delivery deadline (10 days on standard projects, 5 days via Noovid Hub). Once they arrive, you have 7 days to review them, and you can request up to 2 revisions.
📬 Delivery
- We'll notify you as soon as the creator sends them.
- Until you approve, you see watermarked previews; the full-resolution originals are ready once you approve.
⏱️ How long do I have to approve?
You have 7 days from each delivery to approve it or request a revision. If you don't respond in that time, the delivery is approved automatically. When the video and photos arrive at different times, each one has its own 7 days.
🔄 Requesting revisions
You can request up to 2 revisions on the photos — so you can get up to 3 rounds of photos in total.
- When you ask for a revision, you can flag just the photos that need redoing.
- The creator re-uploads only those, and the ones you liked stay as they are.
Stay within your brief
Revisions need to stay within the brief you submitted. Changes that widen the scope — a new setting, a different product, a new concept or extra photos — aren't revisions and need a new order.
