How do I add the Photo Pack to my project and how do I describe the photos I want?
How to add the Photo Pack in the Add-ons step and how to describe the photos you want to receive.
When creating the project, in the Add-ons step, choose between the pack of 2 or 5 photos and click "Add to order". The Photo Pack amount is included in the project total and paid together, in the same checkout.
Right below, you fill in the "Describe the photos" field, with up to 300 characters. It's worth using this space with purpose: state the framing you want, the setting, whether you prefer the product on its own or in use, and where you plan to use the images. A good description is the difference between receiving what you imagined and receiving something generic.
If you leave the field without details, the creator produces the photos at their own discretion, in line with the video brief. In that case, you can't request a revision claiming you expected something different, since the expectation wasn't recorded.
The creator sees all of this before applying. The listing shows that the project includes a Photo Pack, the quantity contracted and your description, so they apply already knowing what they need to deliver.
What is the Photo Pack and what exactly do I receive?
What the Photo Pack is and what you receive: high-resolution product photos produced by the same creator who makes the video.
When are the Photo Pack photos delivered and how long do I have to approve them?
When the Photo Pack photos are delivered and the 7-day deadline to approve or request a revision.
