When are the Photo Pack photos delivered and how long do I have to approve them?
When the Photo Pack photos are delivered and the 7-day deadline to approve or request a revision.
The photos can arrive at any point during the project - before the video, together with it, or after - always within the 10-day deadline that applies to the project. You're notified as soon as the creator sends them.
From each delivery, you have 7 days to review and approve or request a revision. If there's no response within this period, the delivery is approved automatically. When the video and photos arrive at different times, this 7-day period is counted separately for each one.
Don't worry if the video is approved and the photos haven't arrived yet: this is normal, because the Photo Pack photos don't have a fixed stage in the project flow. The status is visible on the project page and you're notified at delivery.
