My portfolio video won't upload. What do I do?
Fixes for the most common portfolio upload problems when you sign up: file size, format, unreadable videos, slow connections and the greyed-out Submit button.
Most upload problems come down to the file size, the format or the connection. Check the points below, then try again.
📏 What the uploader accepts
- Format: MP4
- Size: up to 512 MB per video
- How many: 2 to 4 videos — you can't submit with fewer than 2
- Length: ideally 30 to 60 seconds, vertical, horizontal or square
🛠️ Fix the message you're seeing
Keep this window open
Don't close the tab or leave the page until every video has finished uploading.
🖼️ Profile photo won't upload?
Use a PNG or JPG file up to 4 MB. If your photo is bigger, crop or resize it and try again.
