How does Noovid protect your brand's data and privacy?
How Noovid protects your brand's data, who can see what, and how to exercise your rights under the LGPD.
Your data is encrypted, your content is private to your team and your creators, and you can ask us about or delete your data at any time. Here's how it works.
🔒 Security
- All traffic to the platform runs over encrypted connections.
- Card payments are processed by our payment provider — Noovid never stores your card details.
- Videos and photos are stored privately: before you approve a delivery you see a watermarked preview, and download links for the final files are signed and expire after a short time.
👀 Who can see what
- Your projects, conversations and content files are only visible to your team and to the creators working on that project.
- Creators see your brief and product. Creators who apply only see what they need to decide whether to take part.
- Creators' emails and phone numbers are never shown to brands, and messages that try to share contact details outside the platform are automatically blocked or flagged for review. This protects both sides.
- Within your team, each person only has the permissions their role allows (Owner, Admin or Member).
⚖️ Your rights under the LGPD
In Brazil, your data is handled by NOOVID NEGÓCIOS DIGITAIS LTDA. (CNPJ 54.059.885/0001-23, Brasília/DF), under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
- To access, correct or delete your data, or to ask any privacy question, email our Data Protection Officer (Encarregado de Proteção de Dados) at [email protected].
- You can also complain to the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
You'll find all the details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
