How do I delete my account?
How to ask us to delete your Noovid account, what happens to your data and what to do first.
Message our support team in the chat, or email [email protected] from the email address on the account. We'll confirm it's you before going ahead.
✅ Before you ask
- Cancel your Noovid Pro subscription under Settings → Plan, if you have one.
- Finish or close any work in progress. We can't delete an account while creators are still working on your projects.
- Download your content. Once the account is deleted, your videos and photos can't be downloaded anymore.
- Use your credits. Unused bundle credits are lost when the account is deleted.

After deletion, your videos and photos can't be downloaded and unused bundle credits are lost.
⏳ What happens next
- Your account is locked straight away.
- After 30 days, your data is permanently erased. Until then, you can change your mind and ask us to restore it.
- Some records, like payments and receipts, are kept for as long as the law requires.
Creators can ask for their account to be deleted the same way.
