How do bundles and volume discounts work?
Buy videos in advance as credits, save up to 20% with volume discounts, and how long credits last.
A bundle is a set of video credits you buy in advance, at a discount. Then you spend the credits when you create projects, instead of paying by Pix or card each time.
🛒 Buying a bundle
Open the Shop
Click Bundles in the sidebar and open the Shop tab.
Add the videos you need
Choose by type (video ad or organic video) and length. You can mix several lines in one order.
Add add-on credits (optional)
If you like, add add-on credits under Boost your videos (Social Boost, Photo Pack, and Express Delivery on Pro).
Check out once
Pay for everything in a single checkout.
💸 Volume discounts
The discount depends on the total number of videos in your order:

Add-on credits aren't discounted.

🎟️ Using your credits
- When you create a project, credits that match the video type and length are used automatically.
- For add-ons, choose Use my pack.
- Anything not covered by credits is paid by Pix or card.
You can see your balance under Bundles → My bundles.
📅 How long do credits last?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. You'll see the expiry date in My bundles, and we'll email you 30 days before credits expire.
Expired credits
Expired credits can't be recovered, and credits can't be exchanged back into a payment.
👥 Who can use credits?
Every team member can spend credits on projects. Buying bundles needs an Admin or the Owner.
