Yes. You never pay for content you don't receive, you can ask for revisions on every video, and you always see the video before it's yours. Here's what every project includes.
🛡️ If a creator doesn't deliver
Your payment is held safely by Noovid and only goes to the creator once you approve the content. If a creator abandons the project or doesn't deliver, you can:
- wait for the delivery,
- have the spot reopened so another creator can take it, or
- get the full value of that video back to your Noovid account as platform credit, processed within 7 business days, ready to use on any future project.

Credits are valid for 12 months. Just message our support team in the chat and we'll sort it out with you.
🔄 Revisions on every video
If the video doesn't follow the brief, you can request up to 2 revisions right on the platform — so you can get up to 3 versions of the video in total. Each revision gives the creator a new delivery window to send the updated version. How revisions work
👀 You see it before it's yours
Until you approve, you see a watermarked preview. The clean, full-quality file is only released for download after you approve it.
⚖️ Right of withdrawal
Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (CDC), you can change your mind within 7 days of your order, as long as you haven't accepted a creator yet — once you do, the service has started. To ask for this, message us in the chat or email [email protected].
