How long do I have to create the content for a project?
You have 10 calendar days (5 on Noovid Hub, 48 hours with Express), counted from when you confirm you've received the product (or from when you're accepted, for digital products and services).
You have 10 calendar days to create and submit your content to the brand.

⏱️ When does the clock start?
It depends on the product:
- Physical products: it starts when you confirm you've received the product (tap Confirm received on the job page). So confirm as soon as the parcel arrives.
- Shipping marked as not needed: it starts when the brand marks shipping as not needed.
- Digital products and services: it starts as soon as you're accepted onto the project.
Waiting for the brand to OK your script doesn't pause the clock, so with Creative freedom, send your script as early as you can. Who writes the script?
You'll get reminders as the deadline gets closer, and you can see all your deadlines in your Calendar.
🎬 While you're creating
Follow the brief closely so your content matches what the brand expects. Once you submit, the brand reviews your video right in the platform chat and, if everything is as agreed, approves the project.
🔄 Revisions and delays
- If the brand asks for a revision, you get a new full delivery window to send the updated version.
Don't go silent
If a deadline passes without a delivery or a message from you, it can hurt your rating on the platform — and if it keeps happening, your profile can be suspended. What happens if I miss a deadline?
