What happens if I miss a deadline?
Deadline reminders, what to do if you're running late, and how account suspensions work.
Missing a deadline can affect your rating and, if it keeps happening, lead to a suspension. The good news: a quick message before the deadline goes a long way.

We'll email you when you've used half of your delivery window, when it's nearly over, and when it's overdue. You can also see every deadline in your Calendar.

Speak up early
Tell the brand in the chat before the deadline, and contact our support team. Keeping people in the loop makes all the difference — it's silence that causes problems.
⚠️ How suspensions work
Missing deadlines, not delivering, not replying to brands or breaking the Terms can get your account suspended:
- Suspensions can last 7 days, 30 days or, for repeated or serious cases, be permanent.
- While suspended, you can't apply to new projects, and pending invitations are cancelled. A banner shows when the suspension ends.
- You can still finish your active projects, and you still get paid for approved work.
- Suspensions end automatically on the date shown.
📦 Products you didn't deliver for
Return or reimburse
- Physical product: if you don't deliver the content, you'll need to return it within 10 days at your own cost or reimburse its full value.
- Digital products or services: a fixed indemnity of R$200 applies.
