Videos and photos are stored privately: before you approve a delivery, you see a watermarked preview.
Download links for the final files are signed and expire after a short time.

Your projects, conversations and content files are only visible to your team and to the creators working on that project.
Creators see your brief and product. Creators who apply only see what they need to decide whether to take part.
Creators' emails and phone numbers are never shown to brands, and messages that try to share contact details outside the platform are automatically blocked or flagged for review — this protects both sides.
Within your team, members only have the permissions their role allows (Owner, Admin or Member).

For users in Europe, the data controller is Noovid LLC.
Transfers of data outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
