Are the products free for UGC Creators?

Yes. All products sent to creators for a project on Noovid are free and stay with the creator once the content is completed.

Who covers the shipping costs?

The brand is entirely responsible for the costs of shipping the product to the creator. The creator should not pay anything to receive the item needed to produce the content.
