How do Creators receive my product or service?
How delivery works for each kind of product: physical products, digital products and services.
It depends on what you're offering: you ship physical products, share access for digital products, and give clear booking instructions for services. Either way, the creator needs to try what you offer to make great content about it.
📦 By product type
If you're sending a physical item (clothing, cosmetics, electronics and so on), the brand handles shipping. You'll need to:
- Ship directly to the approved creator's address
- Make sure the product arrives safely
- Cover all logistics costs (shipping, packaging, etc.)
Tip
Add the tracking code on the job page as soon as you can so the creator can follow the delivery.
