Shipping, customs duties and import taxes are the brand's responsibility — creators never pay to receive a product.
The brand does. Shipping, including any customs duties or import taxes, is the brand's responsibility. Creators should never pay anything to receive a product.
🌍 Shipping from outside Brazil?
Ship DDP
If you're sending products from outside Brazil, ship them with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), so the creator isn't charged anything on delivery.
💡 Tips
- Use Correios or another carrier with tracking, and add the code on the job page.
- Check the address on the job page before you ship.
