How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, message our support team in the chat or email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We'll confirm it's you before going ahead.

📋 Before you ask

Finish your active projects first. We can't delete an account while you still have work in progress with a brand.

⏳ What happens next

• Your account is locked straight away.
• After 30 days, your data is permanently erased. Until then, you can change your mind and ask us to restore it.
• Some records, like payments, are kept for as long as the law requires.
