How do bundles and volume discounts work?
Buy videos in advance as credits, save up to 20% with volume discounts, and see how long credits last.
A bundle is a set of video credits you buy in advance, at a discount. You then use the credits when you create projects, instead of paying by card each time.
🛒 Buying a bundle
Open the Shop
Click Bundles in the sidebar and open the Shop tab.
Add your videos
Add the videos you need, by type (video ad or organic video) and length. You can mix several lines in one order.
Add add-on credits (optional)
If you like, add add-on credits under Boost your videos (Social Boost, Photo Pack, and Express Delivery on Pro).

💰 Volume discounts
The discount depends on the total number of videos in your order:

Add-on credits aren't discounted.

🎟️ Using your credits
- When you create a project, credits that match the video type and length are used automatically.
- For add-ons, choose Use my pack.
- Anything not covered by credits is paid by card.
You can see your balance under Bundles → My bundles.
⏳ How long do credits last?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. You'll find the expiry date in My bundles, and we'll email you 30 days before credits expire.
Don't let them expire
Expired credits can't be recovered, and credits can only be used on Noovid.
👥 Who can use credits?
Every team member can use credits on projects. Buying bundles by card needs an Admin or the Owner.
