Noovid's guarantees: full value back as credit if a creator doesn't deliver, revisions on every video, and your right of withdrawal as a consumer.
Yes. You never pay for content you don't receive, and every project includes the protections below.
🛡️ If a creator doesn't deliver
Your payment is held safely by Noovid and only goes to the creator once you approve the content. If a creator drops the project or doesn't deliver, you can:
- wait for the delivery,
- have the spot reopened so another creator can take it, or
- get the full value of that video back in your Noovid account as credit, processed within 7 business days and ready to use on your next project.
We'll sort it out
Credits are valid for 12 months. Just message our support team in the chat and we'll sort it out with you.
🔁 Revisions on every video
If the video doesn't follow the brief, you can request up to 2 revisions on the platform — so you can get up to 3 versions of the video in total. Each revision gives the creator a new delivery window to send the updated version. How revisions work
👀 You see it before you get it
Until you approve, you'll see a watermarked preview. The clean, full-quality file is only released for download after approval.
↩️ Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you're buying as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can change your mind within 14 days, as long as you haven't accepted a creator yet — once you accept one, the service has started. Business buyers don't have a right of withdrawal. To use it, message us in the chat or email [email protected].
