How do I get my invoice?
Where to download the receipt for any payment, and how to get your company details and VAT number on it.
Go to Settings → Billing and click Download invoice next to the payment you need.
🧾 Downloading a receipt
Open Billing
Go to Settings → Billing. You'll see every payment: projects, bundles and your Noovid Pro subscription.
Download it
Click Download invoice next to the payment to get its receipt.
If a project was paid with bundle credits, its receipt is the one for the bundle purchase.
🏢 Getting your company details on it
Add your company details and, if you have one, your VAT number under Settings → Account → Profile → Invoicing details, so they show correctly on your receipts. Is VAT added to my purchases?
👥 Can't see Billing?
Billing is only available to the Admin and Owner roles. If you're a Member, ask an admin on your team to download the receipt for you. Team roles
