Can I cancel a project?
When you can cancel, how credit works if a creator doesn't deliver, and your right of withdrawal as a consumer.

📝 Unpaid drafts
A project you haven't paid for yet is just a draft. You can archive it whenever you like, at no cost.
💳 Paid projects
Paid projects can't be cancelled from the dashboard — message our support team in the chat and we'll help.
- Before you've accepted a creator: if you're buying as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can change your mind within 14 days of paying. Business buyers don't have this right, but message us anyway and we'll look at the options.
- After you've accepted a creator: the service has started, so the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
🛡️ If a creator doesn't deliver
You can wait, have the spot reopened for another creator, or get the full value back in your Noovid account as credit, processed within 7 business days. What if a creator doesn't deliver?
🙅 If an invited creator declines
- Noovid Hub invites: the value of that spot (video and add-ons) comes back as credit automatically, and you can invite another Hub creator.
- Invites to Favourites: the spot opens up on the marketplace so other creators can apply.
