🔁 How it works
Review the upload
When the creator uploads the video, you'll see it on the job page with two options: Approve delivery or Request changes.
Write your feedback
If you request a revision, write clear, helpful feedback on what needs changing. A written reason is required.
Get the new version
The creator gets your request and a new full delivery window to edit and resend the video for you to review again.
The job page shows which review round you're on. While a video is waiting for your review, the chat is paused — your feedback goes in the revision request itself.
💡 Good to know
- Be specific in your feedback so the creator knows exactly what to improve.
- If the project includes a Photo Pack, photos are reviewed separately: you can flag just the photos that need redoing.
- Once you've used your revisions, you'll need to decide whether to approve the video. If you feel the delivery doesn't follow the brief at all, message our support team.
Stay within the brief
Revisions need to stay within the original brief. New ideas, a different script or a new concept aren't revisions — those need a new project.
