How long does it take to receive a video?
The delivery deadline: up to 10 calendar days on standard projects, 5 days via Noovid Hub and 48 hours with Express Delivery.

⏱️ When does the countdown start?
It depends on your product type (see below), and script approval doesn't pause it. With Creative freedom, the creator's clock is already running while you review their script, so OK it quickly. Approving the creator's script
The countdown starts when the creator confirms on the platform that they've received the product. Ship it as soon as you can and add the tracking code so the creator can follow it.
The creator gets automatic reminders as the deadline gets closer.

- You have 7 days to approve it or request a revision. Learn about auto-approval
💡 Good to know
- If you request a revision, the creator gets a new full delivery window to send the updated version.
