What is the 7-day auto-approval?
How automatic approval works when a brand doesn't respond to a delivery within 7 days.
When a creator sends you a video, you have 7 calendar days to review it — either approve it or request a revision with feedback. If you don't respond in that time, the video is approved automatically and the creator gets paid. We call this auto-approval.
The same 7-day rule applies to every delivery in a project: the video, Social Boost post links, Photo Pack photos and Partnership Ads codes. Each one has its own 7-day clock.
✅ What happens after auto-approval?
- The delivery is marked as approved.
- You can download the final video as normal, with full usage rights.
- You can't request revisions on it any more.
⏰ Keeping track of the deadline
You're notified as soon as the creator uploads a delivery. The 7-day countdown starts then, and we'll send you reminders on days 3, 5 and 6.
To review, open the job page, watch the video and choose Approve delivery or Request changes. If you ask for a revision, add clear feedback so the creator knows exactly what to change.

Tip
Review content as soon as it arrives, so you've got plenty of time to ask for changes if you need them.
