Are the products free for UGC creators?

Yes. Any product you send to a creator for a Noovid project is free, and the creator keeps it once the content is done.

🚚 Who pays for shipping?

Your brand covers the full cost of shipping the product to the creator. The creator shouldn't pay anything to receive what they need to make the content.

💡 Good to know

• The product is part of the collaboration, not a loan.
• If you need something sent back for a reason outside the platform's guidelines, get in touch with our support team first.
