Who pays for shipping and customs?
Shipping, customs duties and import taxes are the brand's responsibility — creators never pay to receive a product.
The brand does. Shipping, including any customs duties or import taxes, is the brand's responsibility. Creators should never pay anything to receive a product.
🌍 Shipping from outside the EU?
Ship duties paid (DDP)
If you're sending products from outside the EU (for example from the UK or the US), ship them with duties paid (DDP), so the creator isn't charged anything on delivery.
