How do creators receive my product or service?
How delivery works for each type of product: physical products, digital products and services.
It depends on what you're selling: you ship physical products, share access for digital products, and give clear booking instructions for services. Either way, the creator needs your product or service to make great content about it.
📦 By product type
If your project involves a physical item (clothing, cosmetics, electronics and so on), your brand handles the shipping.
You'll need to:
- Ship it straight to the approved creator's address
- Make sure it arrives safely
- Cover all the costs (shipping, packaging and so on)
Tip
Add the tracking code as soon as you can so the creator can follow the delivery.

Never ask the creator to pay anything to receive or access your product or service.

Are the products free for UGC creators?
