How do I share the tracking code with the Creator?
Step-by-step guide to adding the tracking code and carrier and automatically notifying the creator.
To make sure the creator can follow the product's shipment with ease and transparency, follow these simple steps within the Noovid platform.
Step by step to add the shipping information:
1. Confirm the delivery address
Go to the project chat with the approved creator. At the top of the conversation, click "Delivery address" to view the full shipping details. Use this information to send the product with your chosen carrier.
2. Ship the product and record the tracking
As soon as you ship it, go back to the chat and click the "Update Tracking" button. You'll be able to add: the tracking code and the carrier used (for example DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Colissimo, or your local postal service).
3. Update and automatically notify the creator
After filling in the details, click Save. The tracking information will be shared automatically with the creator, who will be able to follow the delivery status.
