How do I create a project?
Step-by-step guide to creating a project: video type and length, format, creators, profile, product, script, add-ons and checkout.
Click New task in the sidebar to get started. You can leave at any point and pick up your draft later — you're not charged until you pay.

Video
- Type: Video ad (made to run as a paid ad) or Organic video (for your own social channels). Both cost the same.
- Length: 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds. See prices
- Format: Portrait (vertical, 9:16), Landscape (horizontal, 16:9) or Any (let the creator choose). Which format should I choose?
Product
Choose a product from your product library or add a new one: a physical product, digital product or service, with its page link, name, description, retail price and image. Paste the product page link and Noovid can fill in the rest for you. Your product library
Who makes the videos
- Number of creators: from 1 to 25 in the form (need more? message us). Each creator delivers one video.
- Creator profile: gender, age range (18–24, 25–32, 33–39, 40+), category and, if you like, the language they should speak. The broader your choices, the more applicants you'll get.
- Invite Creators (optional): once you have Favourites, you can invite them straight away instead of waiting for applications. Hub creators (Pro) are invited from the Noovid Hub, which opens this form with them already selected. Direct invites
Content
- Script: choose one of these:
- Creative freedom — the creator writes the script and sends it to you in the chat for approval before filming. Approving the creator's script
- My own script — you write it, or use AI Mode to generate options. Writing scripts with AI Mode
- Reuse a script from an earlier project.
- Additional Notes (optional): anything else the creator should know.
- Inspiration videos (optional): up to 3 references, from your saved ideas in the Inspiration library or videos you've already received.
Add-ons (optional)
- Social Boost — the creator posts the video on their Instagram or TikTok for 30 days.
- Partnership Ads (Pro, Instagram) — run the creator's post as an ad from their account.
- Photo Pack — 2 or 5 product photos from the same creator.
- 48h Express Delivery (Pro, Hub creators) — delivery in 48 hours.
Payment
Check the summary and pay by card (or Apple Pay / Google Pay), or use prepaid bundle credits if you have them. Once you've paid, the project goes live and creators can start applying.

With Creative freedom, the creator's delivery countdown keeps running while they wait for your OK on the script, so review it quickly.
