I can't continue when creating a project. What's missing?
What each step of the project form needs before you can continue, and what to do if you're still stuck.
Usually a required field in the current step is empty or too long. Each step needs its own details before Continue takes you to the next one — here's what to check.

Video
Choose the video type, the length and the format.
Product
Choose a product, or add a new one with all its details: product page link, name (up to 100 characters), retail price, description, image (PNG or JPG, up to 4 MB) and how the creator gets it. Paste the link in Auto-fill from your product page to fill most of it in for you, then check everything. Your product library
Who makes the videos
Pick at least one option under Genders, Ages and Categories. Languages is optional.
Content
Choose how you want to create the script: Creative freedom (we fill it in for you), My own script or Reuse a script. If you write your own, the script can't be empty.
AI Mode only turns on once you've selected gender, age and category in the previous step.
Add-ons
Each add-on you choose needs its own details:
- Photo Pack — fill in Describe the photos (up to 300 characters).
- Social Boost — add the brand's social media handle, choose the platform and write the guidelines for the post.
Payment
Paying by card needs the Admin or Owner role. Members see Admin permission needed — they can pay with the brand's bundle credits, or ask an admin. Team roles
