What happens if I miss a deadline?
Deadline reminders, what to do if you're running late, and how account suspensions work.
Missing deadlines can affect your rating and, if it keeps happening, get your account suspended. The good news: a quick message usually prevents problems.

We email you when you've used half your delivery window, when it's nearly over, and when it's overdue. You can also see every deadline in your Calendar.
🏃 Running late?
Tell the brand in the chat before the deadline, and contact our support team.

Keeping in touch makes all the difference — silence is what causes problems.
⛔ Suspensions
Missing deadlines, not delivering, not replying to brands or breaking the Terms can get your account suspended:
- Suspensions last 7 days, 30 days or, for repeated or serious cases, are permanent.
- While suspended, you can't apply to new projects and pending invitations are cancelled. A banner shows when the suspension ends.
- You can still finish your active projects, and you're still paid for work that's approved.
- Suspensions end automatically on the date shown.
📦 Products you didn't deliver for
Return it or pay its value
If you received a physical product and don't deliver the content, you need to return it within 10 days at your own cost or pay back its value. For digital products or services, a fixed indemnity of €100 applies.
