Who writes the script, and how do I get it approved?
Some brands send their own script, others give you creative freedom. Here's how each works and when your countdown starts.
It depends on the project — you'll see which one it is in the brief before you apply.
📝 The two options
The brand wrote the script (or reused one). Follow it, and if it's longer than the video length, ask the brand in the chat to shorten it. There's nothing to get approved.
⏱️ When does my countdown start?
Your deadline starts once you've confirmed you received the product (tap Confirm received). If the brand marks shipping as not needed, it starts then; for digital products and services, it starts as soon as you're accepted. Waiting for script approval doesn't pause it.
Send your script early!
Your countdown is already running while the brand reviews your script, so send it as soon as you can.
Do I have to show my face in a video?
Showing your face builds connection and authenticity, but always check the project brief.
Do I have to post the video on my own social media?
Usually not: you deliver the video to the brand on Noovid. You only post when the project includes Social Boost, and you agree to it before you apply.
